RMS Survey: How Much Has Our Relationship With Food Changed?

Among the highlighs of its most recent Impact Report , Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) found: QSR sales and traffic have leveled off in recent weeks. Traffic is down 10 percent and 15 percent YOY, while sales are still neutral-positive, at between 0 percent and 5 percent YOY. Drive-thru continues to outperform other channels.
