The grapes for Prosecco Rosé must be sourced from a specific geographic area that has passed the Italian Government’s quality requirements. Vineyards have excellent sun exposure and benefit from the altitude and broad differences between day and night temperatures. The wine is made using the Charmat method. Very refreshing!

Most of Languedoc’s vineyards are located on coastal plains, and Roussillon vineyards lie in the foothills of the Pyrenees or on cliff tops.
